    How Can I Check The Status Of My Order? 

    Order status is maintained online. We send all tracking information to the email you provide us, as well you can see it in your account section and track your package.

        How Will My Order Ship And Will I Receive A Tracking Number? 

        We always provide tracking number information, Notifications are generally sent out at the end of the day on the day the shipment was processed. Please note: We now use multiple warehouses to fulfill your order.  Your order may arrive in several shipments depending on the location of the product and where you are physically located.

            I Tracked My Shipment And It Says It Has Been Delivered, However, I Never Received It.  

            Generally, we find that your order has arrived.  You can check with the carrier to see if they are holding your package.  Sometimes carriers (especially the USPS) at the local facility because it item is large and won't fit or they don't feel comfortable leaving it if someone isn't available to receive it.  Another solution is that someone else in the household has received the shipment, and they forgot to tell you.  And finally, please check all the entrances to your home, especially doors that you may not use often as the carrier may have left the item at one of these locations. If nowhere found please contact us so we could assist and solve this issue.

                Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Before It Ships? 

                Yes you can, just contact us via email, WhatsApp or Facebook to cancel and we will make every effort to cancel the order.

                    How Long Before I Receive My Order?  

                    We strive to ship out your order within one business day. Depending on the shipping method selected, the Free shipment arrival expectation is 2 to 6 business days. In some cases, this may take 9 days or longer.

                        I Can See An Item Online, However, I Can Only Add It To The Wishlist. 

                        If you can't add an item to the shopping cart, it is currently no longer available from the manufacture.  It may return again and so we are keeping a placeholder just in case.  Otherwise, we will eventually remove the item from the store.

                            I Don't See The Item I'm Looking For In Your Store, Does That Mean You Don't Have It? 

                            Not necessarily.  Many items can be hard to find or have limited availability.  If there is an item that you are looking for, it is possible that we can obtain that item for you or know where to find it.  Just Contact Us online and we will let you know what we find.
