Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch most orders within two business days. Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and the delivery address.

Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched. If you created a customer account, you can also log in to view your order status and tracking details. Orders containing several products may arrive in separate packages.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping fee unless stated during checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a correction is needed, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order, as we can usually update the address during this period. After 6 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected.

Carrier delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check safe delivery areas, household members, neighbours, and carrier notes before contacting us.
