We strive to ship out your order within one business day. We use one of our business partner's warehouses located in the USA to send the goods, depending on the location of the product and customer address, as well the availability of the item in the specific warehouse.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

  • You can expect most products to be delivered to their destination within 2 – 10 business days from the ship date depending on the method of shipping and carrier you selected and your location. If your order has not arrived during this time period, please contact us.
  • Estimate Shipping times are only an estimate from when a shipment leaves one of our warehouses and arrives at the destination shipping address. We do not guarantee the arrival of a shipment by any certain date.
  • Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. We cannot be responsible for misdirected or damage to international orders

Returns Policy

Can I return products I purchase from

  • It's possible to return most items sold by within 45 days from the day you receive them. To qualify, simply initiate the return by contacting us and ensure that the item(s) is in its original condition. We must receive the item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 2 days from the time we receive your item to process your return to credit your credit card account.
  • If the item is returned for reasons other than a defect or the wrong item being shipped, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
  • Please do not send items that do not meet the above conditions as you will not receive a refund for them and they will not be returned to you.
  • For your protection we suggest all returns be sent back by a reliable carrier; we will not be responsible for items that are lost in shipment during the return process. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item.
  • BEFORE returning any item you must contact us and request a Return Authorization (RMA) to return a product. We will provide you with a return address that is close to your destination.

Damage in Shipment or Manufacture

  • Occasionally, an item will be received damaged or some other manufacturing defect. Please contact us so we could provide you with the best solution. Our policy is to replace all damaged products or provide a refund. You will have to provide us an image of the defective item or return it as the decision will be made by Nazareth-store customer support.
