We strive to ship out your order within one business day. We use one of the warehouses located in the USA, we decide from where it will be shipped, depending on product availability. Order status is maintained online. We send all tracking information to the email you provide us, You can simply Contact Us by email, or chat on our website

Shipping

When can I expect delivery of my order?

You can expect most products to be delivered to their destination within 2 – 9 business days from the ship date depending on the method of shipping and carrier you selected and your location. If your order has not arrived during this time period, please contact us. Estimate Shipping times are only an estimate from when a shipment leaves one of our warehouses and arrives at the destination shipping address. We do not guarantee the arrival of a shipment by any certain date. Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package.

If you provide us with incorrect address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. We cannot be responsible for misdirected or damage to international orders All international orders must be prepaid. Depending on what method is selected for shipping, you may be charged additional brokerage, customs, taxes, fees, etc. on your order. We will not be responsible or have knowledge of any such fees as our shipping costs only cover shipping and handling to your location.


Returns Policy

Can I return products I purchase from Nazareth-store.com?

You can return most items sold by nazarethstore.com within 45 days from the day you receive them. To qualify, simply contact us to initiate the return within 15 days to ensure that the item(s) is in its original new condition.

We must receive your item back within 15 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 2 days from the time we receive your item to process your return to credit your credit card account. for more details check our Shipping & Returns Policy


BEFORE returning any item please email support@nazareth-store.com and request a Return Authorization (RMA) to return a product. We will provide you a return address that is close to your destination.

Damage in Shipment or Manufacture

Occasionally, an item will be received damaged or some other manufacturing defect. Please contact us so we could provide you the best solution. Our policy is to replace all damaged products or provide a refund. You will have to provide us image of the defected item or return to as, the decision will be made by Nazareth-store customer support.
